Conditions for Claim
  • A full, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement request.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inspection.
  • Claims without a video will not be accepted.
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement based on product availability. If the product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In the event of a claim regarding a damaged or incorrect product, a full and uninterrupted unboxing video is required as evidence. This video must clearly show the package being opened from its original, sealed condition through to the inspection of the item(s) inside. Please note that without this video, we will be unable to entertain any requests for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Policy

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
