Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you and process a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Shipping & Delivery

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed as the order might already be under processing or dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refund & Return Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must provide a full and uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed package condition till the product inspection. Without this video proof, no claims will be accepted. Approved claims will be processed for a replacement based on product availability.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not provide exchanges. Only replacements will be issued for approved claims as per the above-mentioned policy.
